  • "I booked an appointment with Anina in hopes to find some relief for my endometriosis/adenomyosis pain. Her exams and treatments were very helpful for me and she took great care to make sure that I was comfortable at all times. She has a vast knowledge about health and the human body which she didn’t hesitate to share with me. I felt like I left every appointment learning something new about my body. In addition to the in office treatments, Anina gave me exercises and stretches to do at home which were very beneficial. I have noticed a tremendous amount of improvement in my pain and now have the tools to manage the pain as needed. While I am no longer needing appointments, I will be keeping Anina’s contact information close for the future. I am very grateful for the relief and knowledge that I’ve gained from my experience at Resource Pelvic Health!

  • "Anina was so helpful—I have seen so much improvement after just two visits. She’s full of insight and intelligence about all things pelvic floor and PT. Plus she’s a lovely person. I highly recommend."

  • "I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Anina. I have been her patient since 2018 and have never had a negative or painful experience. I first met her after breaking two metatarsals in my foot. After my first appointment, I felt heard and cared for and about. Later when some pelvic challenges arose, I immediately contacted Dr. Anina. Her vast knowledge in the area of pelvic health continually astounds me. Top that with her gentle touch and compassionate temperament, and I challenge anyone to find a better healthcare provider. She has helped me tremendously and taught me more about my condition than my GYN. A huge plus to seeing her for any female related challenges is that she will help you help yourself with modalities that you can do at home. She is equally available via email for ongoing support. I'm also grateful that she is younger than I am. So many healthcare providers are retiring in our community. It's comforting to know I can count on her to help and educate me. Do yourself a favor. Make an appointment and see for yourself."

  • " Dr. Anina was super helpful both leading up to and following the birth of my daughter. She helped me get comfortable again in my hips and pelvis and make a plan for returning to running pain free! She takes on each case individually and really works to understand your body rather than just dishing out formulaic or general advice or exercise."

    ~ Kiska, Google Review

  • " Dr. Imhof is kind, compassionate and remarkably knowledgeable about the many potential causes of pelvic pain. She created a calm, comforting environment where I could discuss my decades of pelvic pain and discomfort. Her examination was gentle yet thorough, particularly as she worked to release entrapped nerves and restricted fascia. It is a blessing to work with a PT who has taken all of the extra courses and become fully certified in pelvic floor care. If you struggle with bladder or pelvic pain, having a pelvic floor assessment is an essential part of your diagnostic workup. She was wonderful."

    ~ Jill, Google Review

  • " I am age 69 man six weeks after prostatectomy struggling with incontinence. Anina evaluated my situation thorougly, validating the positive things I've been doing for my body and pointing out where I can focus to improve my continence. She's a great listener, and like a body mechanic she has the knowledge and manual skills to diagnose and design a healing plan. This is what I was hoping for and it's what I got."

    ~ Brian, Google Review

  • " Anina was everything plus more than I was expecting out of a pelvic floor expert! She was warm and knowledgeable about an aging pelvic floor. She answered every question or concern! She helped me relax and showed me exactly how to release tension in my pelvic floor which I was unaware I held. Thank you Anina!!"
